KANSAS CITY, MO – February 2nd, 2024 – In a thrilling alignment with the Kansas City Chiefs’ Road to Super Bowl LVIII, the Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC) and the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation announced the second annual “Super Bowl of Service” event. This impactful initiative is launched in partnership with Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback, NFL MVP, and Walter Payton Man of the Year Nominee Patrick Mahomes’ 15 and the Mahomies Foundation, leveraging the spirit of sports to foster community service and youth development.

This morning, the Kansas City Chiefs announced that QB Patrick Mahomes was named the team’s nominee for the prestigious Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award presented by Nationwide.

September 5, 2023 (Kansas City, Mo.) – Over the past four months, 1,000 youth (ages 11 to 18) took the Volunteer for 15 pledge and volunteered for a minimum of 15 hours in communities across the U.S., Canada, and Uganda. The Volunteer for 15 program is a partnership between Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback and NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes’ 15 and the Mahomies Foundation and an international nonprofit headquartered in Kansas City, the Youth Volunteer Corps.

ATLANTA - Boys & Girls Clubs of America and 15 and the Mahomies Foundation are thrilled to announce a new national partnership to further invest in the great futures of today's youth. Sept. 12, 2022 (Kansas City, Mo.) – Nearly 550 youth ages 11-18 took the Volunteer for 15 pledge to volunteer 15 hours this summer in communities across North America. In total, the youth volunteered 12,844 hours between June 1-August 31, 2022.

“Volunteer for 15” is new, nationwide summer program for 11-18 year olds (Kansas City, MO) - Representatives from 15 and the Mahomies Foundation and Youth Volunteer Corps announced a new partnership program today. The program is called Volunteer for 15. It encourages youth ages 11-18 to make a pledge to volunteer 15 hours this summer. Youth Volunteer Corps will coordinate the program, and registration is now open on their website at YVC.org.

Kansas City, MO, (November 6, 2019) –15 and the Mahomies Foundation announced today a partnership with the KC Pet Project to tackle pet homelessness. This collaboration is made possible through the 15 and the Mahomies 15 for 15 program, which supports 15 youth and community charitable initiatives. The Foundation is providing pet food for a year, a custom dog hoodie and other pet supplies for 15 deserving families. All pets that are adopted from one of the KC Pet Project’s three locations will also receive a 15 and the Mahomies pet bandanna (while supplies last). This program will run through November 15.
